12 ounces feta or mozzarella cheese – cut into 3/4” cubes
1 cup olive oil – or enough to cover cheese
2 to 6 cloves garlic
Put cubed feta cheese in a quart jar. Add mix, garlic and cover with olive oil. Put cover on jar. Marinate at least overnight. Serve as hors d’oeuvres, on salad or on crackers. Store in refrigerator.
