Herb Lemon Butter for Chicken and Fish

Mix 2 Tbsp. of HERB LEMON BUTTER FOR CHICKEN AND FISH MIX in a saucepan with: 1/2 cup lemon juice, 1/4 cup butter and 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce. Heat until steaming and baste on chicken or fish while grilling, broiling or baking. Makes about 1 cup. OR Mix up according to package instructions and let chicken marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1/2 hour and grill, basting with marinade as the chicken or fish are grilling.
MARINATED CHICKEN BREASTS
Cut up chicken breasts in 12 inch strips (Use 1/2 chicken breast for each person) and put into a Zip-loc bag. For each 1/2 breast pour on: 2 to 3 Tablespoon herbal vinegar, 2 teaspoon olive oil and 1/2 to 1 teaspoon HERB LEMON BUTTER FOR CHICKEN AND FISH MIX. Let set for at least 1/2 hour. In a fry pan, heat 1 teaspoon oil and cook chicken stirring constantly. When chicken is done, remove it from the pan and add 1 cup of your favorite vegetables. Stir until vegetables are done to your liking then put the chicken back into the fry pan with the vegetables. Add a little fresh squeezed lemon juice and serve with a little pasta, rice or potato. For grilling: leave chicken breasts whole and proceed as above.
HERB BREAD
Add 1 Tablespoon of NO SALT MIX to a one pound loaf of bread. Frozen bread dough works great. Bake as directed.
HERBED CHICKEN
Sprinkle dry HERB LEMON BUTTER FOR CHICKEN AND FISH MIX over chicken and bake 1 hour at 350º.
BAKED CHICKEN
Put dry HERB LEMON BUTTER FOR CHICKEN AND FISH MIX and 3/4 cup flour in a plastic bag. Put chicken pieces in bag, shake and put in a 9 X 13 inch pan and bake at 350º for 1 hour.
CANNED SALMON
Put 2 Tablespoon of HERB LEMON BUTTER FOR CHICKEN AND FISH MIX in the bottom of a quart jar and fill with raw salmon. Cap and can according to pressure canner instructions. Makes a great flavored salmon for a cold salmon salad.
CHICKEN SOUP
Add 2 Tablespoons of HERB LEMON BUTTER FOR CHICKEN AND FISH MIX to your chicken soup for great flavor.
