GRILLED PIZZA
Dough: Use your favorite. This is mine for my bread machine. I double it.
6 ounces water
2 Tablespoons olive oil
2 1/4 cups bread flour
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon active dry yeast
Put water and oil in bread machine pan. Mix flour, sugar and salt together and put on top of water in pan. Make a well in center and put yeast in well. Start machine. Use you favorite sauce, toppings and cheese. Try our PIZZA SEASONING MIX and try some of our fresh cut herbs as toppings.
MAKING THE PIZZA: Cut dough in half. Spray parchment paper with NON-STICK SPRAY. Roll out dough on parchment. Put dough on sprayed grill and peel parchment off. Close lid and grill until lightly brown on the bottom. Turn over, add sauce, toppings and cheese. Close lid of grill and cook until cheese is melted. Remove from grill. Cut and serve. TIP: If toppings are going to take some time to put on, put 2nd side of dough down on grill for 1 minute, remove, put toppings on and return it to the grill. If toppings take too long to put on the bottom crust will be too dark.
Sauté vegetables and add a little pizza sauce (made from outside label directions) and toss lightly.
Put 1 Tablespoon PIZZA SEASONING MIX in a 1 pound loaf of bread dough. Knead in, let rise and bake as directed.
Sprinkle a little PIZZA SEASONING MIX in beaten eggs for an omelet then prepare as usual.
